I loved staying here! The hotel is located on a small side street near the Cathedral, making it the perfect location to explore everything in old town. The service was top-notch from check-in to check-out, with the receptionist being especially helpful. The renovated palace is centuries old, but it has been updated with all the modern amenities you could want. The rooms were soundproofed and came with air conditioning, a mini-bar, and even a balcony. I also enjoyed the restaurant and bar with its great atmosphere.
I would definitely recommend this place to family visiting this city.

From the very first moment, I felt welcomed by the amazing staff. They were friendly, and I was like they cared about my experience. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, with a lovely fresh smell that greeted me as soon as I walked in. The location couldn't be better; the hotel is in the heart of this city, so close to the Cathedral and many other significant sights of the old town. The rooftop terrace was a real highlight, with fine views and a lovely selection of tapas and chilled drinks to enjoy while taking it all in.

Located in the heart of Santa Cruz, this hotel is near Seville's famous landmarks and attractions, like the Alcazar and Cathedral, allowing for easy access to the city's best sights. The elegant, stylish rooms offer an opposite wall for a perfect view from the bed. The cooked-to-order breakfast is tasty, with extensive options.
While the hotel is in a great location, the noise from the nearby restaurant can be quite loud at times.

The delux room was comfortable with ample storage. The terrace had a wonderful view and the hotel tapas bar offered tasty food. Overall recommended.
